General FAQs
Find the game(s) that you want to buy on our website and select the option to add it to your basket/cart. When you’re ready to check out, go to your basket/cart and select the option to ‘buy now’ (or similar). Enter your personal information in the required fields and then select the ‘pay’ option. Enter your payment details and select ‘OK’ or ‘Proceed’. You will then receive an order confirmation via your email address. (not yet sure if this question and answer is required)
The payment methods we accept are PayPal and Stripe payment platforms, which both offer the customer secure means of payment. We do not accept cash, cheque or money transfers as forms of payment.
We have a 30 day refund and return policy for any item, whether it’s faulty or unwanted. To be able to return your item for a full refund or exchange, it must be returned unused and in the exact same condition and packaging from when it was purchased from us. This will be checked against the multiple photographs taken on the day of dispatch of each item.
If the item you are returning is after 30 days since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
To initiate the process to return your item, please contact us via our contact form for confirmation that you are able to return your item for an exchange or refund. We will then send you an invoice to pay the return postage costs which you will need to cover initially to send the item back to us.
Once we receive your item back, your refund amount (full or partial) and possible refund of return postage costs will depend on the following;
Item is faulty - you will be entitled to either a full refund or exchange as well as the refunding of your return postage costs.
Item is not faulty but it is sent back to us in the same condition and packaging from when it was purchased from us (upon comparison with photographs from day of dispatch) - you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange. You will not be entitled to a refund of the return postage costs.
item is not faulty and it is sent back to us having been opened, has missing or damaged parts (through no fault of us), or is not in its original condition from when it was dispatched (upon comparison with photographs from day of dispatch) - you will be entitled to a partial refund and you will not be entitled to a refund of the return postage costs.
Please note that new and sealed games, plus sealed and graded games, will be not be eligible for return or refund.
Delivery & Returns
We post via free delivery to all registered UK addresses, but we do not post to any PO Box addresses.
For international delivery, we post to any registered address in (name of countries) and you will be responsible for paying all VAT and import charges due on your delivery before you can receive your order. The amount you will pay depends on your country’s rate of VAT and Customs will contact you once they receive your order.
UK delivery is free via Royal Mail Tracked service.
International delivery is calculated by weight and size of the parcel, according to the number of items you purchase. This calculation is made automatically at checkout.
All orders received by 5pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 5pm, will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days.
UK delivery will normally take 2-3 working days once your purchase is dispatched, but on rare occasions, it can be slightly delayed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your UK order to arrive, once your purchase has been dispatched. If after 5 working days you have still not received your order, please contact us using the contact form (link here?) where we can then confirm your dispatch details. All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
